Lightworks Inc. wants you to be our new Outside Sales Representative. We’re an energy efficient lighting company with strategic partnerships with seven utilities across Southwestern Ontario. In Cambridge, we’re partnered with Energy+ Inc, who deliver electricity to over 65,000 customers in the city. Our aim is to promote and deliver the Ontario government’s Small Business Lighting (SBL) Incentive program to small business owners, so they can take advantage of up to $2000 of no-charge energy efficient lighting and reduce their hydro bill and carbon footprint.
Role status: This is a full-time, contract position ending in December 2020. You will work as an independent contractor, earning $60,000-$65,000 per year, with yearly bonuses based on meeting targets related to installations and customer/partner satisfaction (10% of salary in year one, 20% of salary in year two). This position is based in Cambridge (your territory) with travel to local businesses and approximately 80% on the road. The rest of your time will be spent working from home for administrative tasks.
