Job summary

A national delivery service provider is seeking on-call delivery agents in British Columbia. As a delivery agent, you'll sort deliveries, drive vehicles, and ensure mail and packages reach customers. A valid Class 5 or G driver’s licence and physical stamina are essential. This is a temporary position offering opportunities for permanent employment and extensive training. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors and have customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence with a safe driving record for at least 3 years.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 22.7kg regularly.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare deliveries at the depot.
• Load and drive a Canada Post postal vehicle.
• Deliver mail and packages to customers on the route.
