Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Operations Analyst to manage the provisioning of virtual machines across all environments, coordinate technology environment setup, and support RPA bot deployment. The role requires translation of business needs into technology solutions and close collaboration with line‑of‑business process owners and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate provisioning of Virtual Machines across all environments (Development through Production).
- Install and configure applications and utilities using tools such as SCCM.
- Coordinate technology environment setup, including firewall rules and application requirements.
- Setup all aspects of an RPA bot in Blue Prism, UI Path, and MS Power Platform, including schedules, environment variables, and credentials.
- Establish and maintain partnership with multiple AMCB line‑of‑business process owners, Canadian business support teams, and Technology teams to support AMCB.
- Execute production‑support readiness from HyperCare through turnover to BAU support team.
- Perform basic technical triage of identified break‑fix scenarios through resolution, including data gathering, in‑depth analysis, and documentation of scenarios and fixes in a structured knowledge base.
- Submit access requests for human and digital workers and analyze existing access roles to determine applicability for new access needs based on least privileged roles.
- Manage role entitlement for human and digital workers.
- Liaison with external partners, including cross‑border resources.
- Oversee adherence to Risk & Controls Framework, ensuring compliance and monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to Technology Risk and Information Security Standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to “translate” between business and technology terminology.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organization, planning and coordination skills with some leadership acumen.
- Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technology support operations experience, including Microsoft Windows 10 and familiarity with underlying infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix).
- Related business operations interactions.
- Experience with Incident Management practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices.
