We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support their growing team. This is a key role bridging site operations, office administration, and HR functions to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day construction site operations
- Manage office administration, including scheduling, reporting, and vendor communications
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping and records
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and employee record management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements
- Provide operational support to managers and site supervisors as needed
What We\'re Looking For
- Previous experience in operations, office management, or HR / payroll (construction industry experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR administration best practices
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
