Qualifications

• 3–5 years of infrastructure/industrial experience.
• Union project experience is essential.
• Proven track record on projects exceeding $500M.
• Comfortable working at heights and around crane operations.
• Experience conducting or supporting crane inspections.
• Strong understanding of WorkSafeBC regulations.
• Clear communicator with leadership presence onsite.

Responsibilities

• Support safe execution of precast fabrication, segment handling, and elevated guideway installation.
• Conduct daily site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits across yard and field operations.
• Deliver toolbox talks, orientations, and training sessions for trades and subcontractors.
