Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Available to travel and work a flexible schedule including 14 to 15 hour days for six to eight weeks at a time.
• US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Restaurant Manager as directed by the Hotel Manager.
• Assist Hotel Manager during all meal services and turnover preparation.
• Respond quickly to guest requests ensuring follow-through of service delivery.
