OFFICE ASSISTANT A

Description: Main responsibilities include greeting members and customers, answering and redirecting telephone calls and inquiries, collecting payment for daily entrance fees, directing customers. Verify & reply to emails. Provide information regarding trails and current conditions to clients and members. Assist with processing & entering memberships. Performs basic accounting functions & general office duties. Performs basic word processing functions such as document formatting, labelling, spellcheck, mail merge, drafting letters from template. Receives, sends and sorts mail, parcels and various forms. Verifies student ID, status and forms that may be submitted. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
