Job summary

Fast Track Appliances recherche un administrateur de bureau pour gérer efficacement les procédures administratives. Le candidat idéal aura un certificat d'études secondaires et 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en milieu de bureau. Ce rôle implique l'évaluation des procédures, la délégation des tâches aux employés de soutien, la coordination des services de bureau et l'assistance à la préparation du budget. Une attention particulière sera accordée aux compétences interpersonnelles, à l'organisation et à la fiabilité, essentielles pour ce poste basé sur site.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
