A community health center in Winnipeg is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner for primary care and support in the New Directions program. The role requires at least 2 years of community health experience and active registration in Manitoba. New Directions offers a transition, healing and education program for children, youth, and adults who have been exploited through sex trade. This program assists to stabilize living situations, promote healthy lifestyles and build confidence and self-esteem. The programs are participant-directed and delivered through a holistic healing model of balancing spiritual, mental and physical and emotional needs of the participants.
