The environment spans LAN, MAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, load balancer, and optical network solutions—requiring both deep technical skills and leadership presence.
The position involves leading a team through complex operational issues, escalating promptly when necessary, and ensuring smooth shift handovers with comprehensive documentation. You will also engage in incident calls, manage vendor escalations, and drive improvements through automation, process optimization, and mentoring of team members. This is a high-visibility role that combines technical authority with hands-on operational leadership.
