West Side Beer Distributing is seeking a full-time Order Picker in Grand Rapids (night shift).

Schedule: Monday thru Thursday nights from 4:00pm to 2:30am (or until loading process is complete)

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist Forklift operators to load, unload and transport materials in the warehouse. Duties consist of assembling pallets with product to be loaded on route trucks in proper rotation as requested by load sheets or Forklift Operator. Responsible for adhering to company policies, procedures and supplier agreements.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Follow FIFO inventory system when loading all products.
• Responsible for keeping company equipment clean and reporting any maintenance issues to your supervisor.
• Report all accidents to management and fill out an accident/incident report immediately.
• Manually or mechanically load product to pallets.
• Assemble product on to pallets accurately.
• Rotate product according to supplier agreement.
• Handle and move product in a safe manner to prevent any product breakage or damage.
• Responsible for any on-going training.
• Follow directive from supervisors.
