  • Oversee technical setup and routing of live broadcast signals.
  • Execute Ad triggers throughout each NHL game.
  • Monitor signals to ensure they meet Sportsnet’s broadcast standards.
  • Work closely with the Media Transmission team for troubleshooting on-air issues.
  • Liaise with Sportsnet's broadcast transmission team for game updates and DAI assignments.
  • Provide detailed technical reports after each game.
  • Adhere to all broadcast policies & procedures.

Who we're looking for:

Sportsnet is looking for a Part Time NHL DAI Operator to manage and support live Ad insertion on NHL games for the 2025-26 season on Sportsnet+ streaming services. This is a 9 month contract.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee technical setup and routing of live broadcast signals.
  • Execute Ad triggers throughout each NHL game.
  • Monitor signals to ensure they meet Sportsnet’s broadcast standards.
  • Work closely with the Media Transmission team and tehnical Supportfor trouble shooting on-air issues.
  • Liaise with Sportnset's broadcast transmissionteamfor game updates andDAI assignments.
  • Provide detailed technical reports after each game.
  • Adhere to all broadcast policies & procedures.
