Are you a CPA-designated professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking anAccounting Managerto join a fast-paced and growing organization in the restoration / construction services sector. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and the drive to “get things done.”

What You’ll Do:

Accounting Manager working with a team in a Coquitlam office.

  • Lead the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare variance analyses and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
  • Oversee and mentor accounting staff while ensuring accuracy across AP, AR, and payroll.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS/ASPE standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements across multiple entities.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
  • CPA designation with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong technical skills in IFRS/ASPE reporting and consolidations.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, Oracle, or similar).
  • Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
