Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit qualified subcontractors and vendors through online research.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management to prioritize vendor needs.
  • Evaluate vendor qualifications including licensing and insurance.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of vendors.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records in systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Ensure vendor documentation is current and compliant.
  • Coordinate daily with multiple departments.
