National Sales Representative
Organization

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Salesperson to be a pace setter in our emergency vehicle upfitting sales team by driving revenue growth and establishing long-lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with years of experience in either the police vehicle market or automotive upfitting industry. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, working with the customer to establish a build plan, quote development, managing your accounts, and expanding our market presence across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Be a pace setter within the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, fleet managers, and industry partners with OEM (Ford and GM)
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop build plans.
  • With support from the team, develop and review quotes and bid submissions
  • Proper use and maintenance of customer and opportunity information within the CRM module
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of industry relevant sales experience, or as a manager leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Presents a confident or command presence
  • Works well both in a team and independently
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communicator in both written and verbal English
  • 100% self-driven to achieve goals
  • French or Spanish as a second language, considered an asset
  • Competency with CRM software and sales analysis tactics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willing to travel across North America for trade shows and customer visits
  • Extra consideration given to relevant secondary education
