The Role

As National Marketing Manager, Hospitality, you’ll lead our national hospitality marketing strategy. You’ll oversee a talented team, ensure brand consistency, and design campaigns that drive measurable results. You are a results-focused leader who simplifies strategy, motivates teams, and delivers engaging, impactful marketing.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and execute national hospitality marketing strategies to drive sales, brand visibility, and customer acquisition
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and continuous improvement
  • Maintain consistent, authentic brand messaging across all platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business priorities
  • Scale marketing operations effectively as the company grows
  • Mentor and inspire a diverse marketing team
  • Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships
  • Represent the MRG brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years in a senior marketing role, ideally in hospitality, nightlife, or the experience economy
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Balance of strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (asset)
  • Flexible to work evenings/weekends and travel across Canada as required
