As a National HCM Consultant, you will leverage ADP’s training programs and service guidelines to solve clients\' challenges and support client success. You will work with clients who have 1,000+ employees and help maintain ADP\'s service reputation and client satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Note: Strong emphasis on client service and professional communication, building rapport with clients, and delivering clear, actionable solutions.

  • Be the client’s Go-To Person and Trusted Advisor
  • Serve as a consultant in servicing all modules of ADP\'s HCM software solution, ADP WorkforceNow
  • Use breadth of expertise to support ADP\'s clients
  • Work to resolve issues and to identify and provide solutions through root cause analysis via effective communication and analytical skills

Be a Networker and Relationship Builder

  • Build relationships with clients and leverage your understanding of ADP\'s products and services to provide solutions, exceeding client expectations
  • Provide recommendations to ADP leadership around best practices, product and support process enhancements based on client input
  • Continually upgrade knowledge and skills to stay familiar with applicable statutory laws or regulatory rulings that impact clients
To succeed in this role: Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in post-secondary education and experience (preferably in business and/or human resources management)
  • A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as a payroll/HR practitioner with systems experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Up to 1 year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience with software applications, software configuration, and client systems
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking in Human Capital Management areas (HR, Payroll, Time and Labour, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of payroll processing workflow from input to delivery; Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification is a plus
  • Active listening and high-impact oral and written communication skills
  • Initiative to seek out answers and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently with resourcefulness
