Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience, preferably in multifamily.
• Experience in training, operations, or onboarding support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions for property managers.
• Support and coordinate new hire onboarding through our Learning Management Software.
• Create and update training materials, videos, and roadmaps.
• Host group classes and virtual sessions.
• Provide feedback and coaching for team member development.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and landlord-tenant laws.
• Track training attendance and performance metrics.
