Program Director and Operations Coordinator

About the Role :

We are looking for energetic and passionate Multi-Sport Coaches to join our team at Private Coaching Collective (PCC). Coaches will deliver our Sport Explorers foundations, development, and play programming through a range of youth programs. We offer after school sessions, Pro D day camps, PE programs, and winter, spring, and summer camps! As a coach, you\'ll teach sport fundamentals, foster a love for movement, and help create a safe, positive, inclusive environment where every child can learn and grow through sport.

Responsibilities

• Teaching the basic skills of a variety of sports (Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, Tennis, Rugby, Football, Volleyball, and more)
• Assist in creating a positive, nurturing environment for all participants
• Effectively manage all groups, regardless of age, level, or focus
• Keep all athletes safe
• Teach, assess, and correct form of Fundamental Movement Skills
• Assist in set-up and take-down of equipment for gym sessions and field sessions
• Other duties assigned by Program Advisor

Salary & Schedule

• 25-$50 / hour
• 3-12 hours per week
• Mainly weekday afternoons (2-5pm)
