Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset.
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs.
• Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate simple equations mentally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand/move for 6+ hours per day.
• Ability to be inclusive, collaborative, and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shipping, receiving, and moving products safely and efficiently.
• Generates pick tickets, gathers materials, and operates necessary equipment.
• Packs, weighs, and labels shipments, prepares bills of lading.
• Unloads, inspects, and verifies stock against manifests.
• Conducts cycle counts and ensures FIFO stock rotation.
• Keeps the warehouse clean and organized, reports hazards.
• Assists sales with priority orders and customer inquiries.
