Overview

Our Sault Ste Marie, ON branch is currently seeking a Journeyman or 4th year Millwright to join our Services Team. We are looking for knowledgeable, experienced, and highly motivated individuals who have great work ethic and enjoy working in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
  • Calibrate and operate precision measuring instruments and tools to diagnose faults and troubleshoot
  • Calibrate components and instruments according to manufacturers\' specifications
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work and complete test and maintenance reports
  • Install control and measurement instruments on existing and new plant equipment and processes
  • Consult with and advise process operators
Qualifications
  • Must hold a current and valid driver\'s license
  • Must possess a 433A Industrial Millwright Mechanic Certificate of Qualification or a related trade experience
  • Basic experience with rigging equipment
  • Must be able to work with minimal direction
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime and/or irregular hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in remote locations
