Candidates should have a Certificate of Qualification and extensive experience with various systems including pneumatic and hydraulic. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of air compressors and proportional valve repairs.
• Experience working with bearings, belt driven systems, pneumatic systems, and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Repair, rebuild, and dismantle all types of equipment without supervision.
• Perform preventative maintenance within manufacturers' specifications.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Qualification or equivalent experience / training
• Stamping press repair, automation repair, maintenance of industrial equipment, preventative / predictive maintenance skills
• Extensive knowledge of air and hydraulic systems, air compressors and proportional valve repairs
• Experience working with bearings, belt driven systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, etc.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance of equipment including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and general repair
• Repair, rebuild, dismantle all types of equipment and tools without supervision
• Perform preventative maintenance of equipment within manufacturers' specifications
• Day / Afternoon shift rotation
