Job description

• Provides leadership, guidance, and direction to the Plant CCT Engineers including training and development of team members.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Work with team members to set performance goals and objectives aligned with the department objectives.
• Analyzes work-force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Perform problem analysis & 8Ds that cannot be solved at Focuses Factory (FF) level.
• Train Team Members, Supervisors, FF support functions on Tenneco methodologies to improve productivity.
• Propose improvement of existing process standards and/or propose new standards.
• Advise, prepare, and implement productivity improvement plans.
• Drive manufacturing process standardization in the plant.
• Develop & maintain application pFMEAs.
• Support development of Manufacturing Process Standardization Specifications (MPSS), foundation pFMEAs, Global Product-Process Standards, and Manufacturing Engineering Manuals.
• Supporting the global & regional networks and active member of the Global CCT Community in his/her CCT area.
