• Experience in Werum PAS-X installation, upgrade, development, and configuration.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting application issues in production and non-production environments.
• Good knowledge of GMP and validated environments in pharma manufacturing.

Overview

Werum PAS-X System Admin – (MES)

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis / Requirements gathering for MES Electronic Batch record implementation for a pharma client.
• Experience in Werum PAS-X System Administration, GMBRs, PVL, PMBRs, Equipment.
• Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master Data.
• Designing and developing State Diagrams in MES.
• Determining updates for Master Data, State Diagrams.
• Experience in SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development.
• Hands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module.
• Experience in Werum PAS-X - Configuration, Customization.
• Experience on Werum PAS-X Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.
• In depth knowledge on configuration and development on pharma GxP, Electronic Batch records.

Other Technical skills

• Database knowledge and Skilled in SQL queries
• Experience in Troubleshoot the Application related issues in production & Non-production environments, Perform impact analysis of business issues at L1 , L2, L3 levels.
• Hands-on experience in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy Service Management, Service Now, Tools group and JIRA
• Handle of team of 10-15 members, manage communication with customer, Incident and problem reporting

Good to have

Domain Knowledge-Pharmaceutical/LS, 21 CFR Part 11, well versed with ITIL Process Knowledge, Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing practices of Pharma) and Validated environment of Pharma Manufacturing.

Must have

Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Werum Pas-X issues
