Job summary

A regional healthcare organization is seeking a Mental Health Therapist in Moose Jaw, SK. The ideal candidate will provide direct concurrent mental health and addictions services, including case management and individual/group counseling. Applicants should have a relevant degree and 2 years of experience. Strong collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with various partners. This full-time position offers shifts that may include evenings and weekends, with a competitive pay band ranging from $35.546 to $43.466 per hour.

Job Description: The incumbent is accountable for the provision of direct concurrent mental health and addictions services to adults and their families. These services include case management, individual and group counselling and public educations/consultation in the area of mental health and addictions. The incumbent shall apply recovery principles and function within practices of Mental Health and Addictions program management model. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement

Experience

Education
  • Degree in Nursing or relevant Health Sciences Degree acceptable to the Employer
Other Education and Training
  • Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable

  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
