Position Summary

The Membership Service Representative supports the mandate and goals of the Membership team by providing exceptional customer service while promoting, renewing, and upselling ticket products to existing and prospective ticket members. This is a full‑time position dedicated to creating meaningful Member interactions, strengthening relationships, and elevating the overall Membership experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

(Other duties may be assigned as required)

  • Manage assigned accounts and develop strong, professional relationships with Canucks Ticket Members to meet service standards and ensure renewals.
  • Support the 899.GOAL line and general ticket inquiries, responding promptly with appropriate solutions.
  • Manage Member requests, expectations, and game day needs.
  • Promote, renew, and sell ticket products including full, half, and quarter season Memberships, as well as group, minor hockey, and single game tickets.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts and declined payments in a timely manner.
  • Participate in Member events and assist in delivering Member benefits throughout the season.
  • Perform game night responsibilities including addressing ticketing issues, managing the Membership Help Desk, and coordinating unique Member experiences.
  • Communicate and implement service policies and procedures professionally and consistently.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance and streamline current Membership processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and experience.
  • Perform administrative support for the team as required.
  • Continue to develop and refine interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills to better support Members and contribute to team success.
Required Experience And Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Sports Management.
  • Strong interest in working within the sports industry.
  • A results‑driven, proactive attitude with initiative, persistence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident presentation skills, with the ability to think quickly and react professionally in various situations.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
