About the role: Member Service Assistant

As a Member Service Assistant, you’ll conduct hourly warehouse safety and security checks, help maintain a clean and organized entrance/exit area, and provide exceptional customer interaction. Responsibilities include greeting members, checking membership cards, counting entries, and verifying receipts upon exit.

Additional duties involve reporting security events such as armored vehicle visits, checking bags at exits, and patrolling the perimeter using a personal vehicle. You may also assist with other warehouse functions as needed. This position requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and a valid driver’s license.
