Western Medical Clinic looking to add to our team! We are hiring a full-time medical assistant for our team of specialists, for a 1-year term starting in February 2026.

Our clinic is home to one internal medicine specialist and two obstetrician/gynecology specialists. Some duties include intake of referrals and booking appointments, management of specialists? schedules, billing of services provided, management of preoperative forms, and other administrative duties as required by our specialists. You will perform ECGs and spirometry as ordered by our physicians. You will also take patients? vital signs (blood pressure, height, weight).

You will be comfortable with office technology, including phone, email, and an image scanner. Accurate keyboarding is a requirement. Experience in performing ECGs and spirometry is desired, but willing to train the right candidate.

You will be patient-focused and committed to our patients? wellbeing, while maintaining confidentiality with a strong knowledge of PHIA. You have excellent communication skills and can work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment. We require a valid certification in CPR, with the option of obtaining this upon employment.
