A global engineering leader is looking for Mechanical Technicians for Oil & Gas offshore work in Australia. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and working within a high-performing team to maintain and operate innovative energy projects. Required qualifications include BOSIET/T-BOSIET or FOET/T-FOET and a trade qualification in mechanical engineering. This casual contract offers a 3:3 FIFO roster with shifts in boots on the ground.

Wood is recruiting now for Mechanical Technicians - Oil & Gas (Offshore) to join our Operations APAC (West) business in Perth, as we ramp up with mobilisation dates starting from mid-December through to 2026, supporting one of our key clients in Oil & Gas.
With a proven track record in complex offshore environments, Wood is setting new standards in safety, efficiency, and sustainability. You will join a high-performing team delivering world-class maintenance, engineering, and operations expertise on one of the most innovative energy projects on the planet.
This is a casual contract on an even time roster 3:3 FIFO with 12-hour day or night shifts.
