Crafted Highlights:

This person will develop and manage a pipeline for CA innovation in support of the Americas innovation strategy, reporting into the Sr Director of Innovation for the Americas with a dotted line to Sr Director of Global Brands & Flavour for CA.

What You’ll Be Brewing:
  • Lead market opportunity analysis of trends, consumers and competition to identify opportunities for CA innovation
  • Partner with North America innovation team to adapt, refine and test concepts for CA market
  • Evolve pack design to meet the consumer and regulatory needs of CA market
  • Lead innovation concept and tech brief development for Coors Seltzer
  • Lead selling material development and support early customer meetings as needed
  • Represent Canadian consumer insights, commercial nuances and regulatory considerations throughout innovation process including innovation strategy, territories, etc.
  • Facilitate smooth transition from innovation team to CA commercialization
  • Appropriate Bachelor degree preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of previous marketing experience with high profile CPG brands ideally in product/packaging development and innovation
  • Experience in managing the creative process with agency partners and integrating insights
  • Experience conducting financial and business analysis and retrieving and analyzing data
  • Experience with new product development and stage gate process
  • Planning, budgeting and organizational skills

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $114,600.00 - $150,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short‑term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
