Our client is a fast growing equipment supplier to the water works industry, seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join their team and drive the next phase of their growth. If you are a dynamic Marketing Marketing looking for a opportunity to drive marketing initiatives and lead company growth in exciting new directions, this might be the position for you!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Create and manage digital marketing initiatives, including content development, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate product knowledge into impactful messaging and customer-facing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimizing for ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and HR to align marketing with business development, customer engagement, and employer branding goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all platforms and departments.
  • Coordinate trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, on-site support, and post-event reporting (occasional travel required).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sales approach – It’s about supporting sales and producing results.
  • A working knowledge of marketing technology, digital, online, AI implications, etc.
  • Familiarity with the agriculture or irrigation industry is a bonus.
