Marketing Coordinator
Who We're Looking For

Rogers Sports and Media is looking for a marketing enthusiast and passionate content consumer to join our team in the role of Marketing Coordinator, supporting the promotion of our world‑class sports and entertainment properties.

As the Marketing Coordinator, the successful candidate will join a passionate team of marketing strategists and contribute to building brands, driving audiences and subscription sales. We’re looking for a self‑starter to take the lead on executing marketing campaigns across major leagues, networks, and special events.

What You'll Do
  • Play a key role as an operational member of the marketing team, responsible for executing strategies on digital platforms to meet objectives of growing subscriptions and viewership across networks.
  • Work cross‑functionally with partners in Creative, Distribution, Sales, Product, and Development to reach new consumers and grow our base.
  • Support day‑to‑day relationship with teams at Rogers, external marketing partners, and platform partners.
  • Execute campaign processes and creative trafficking to ensure our campaigns are deployed and maintained at a high level.
  • Assist with ad copy writing and proofreading across various marketing channels (SEM, email, social posts, etc.).
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of creative assets and tracking with internal and external partners.
  • Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports and deliverables on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute new ideas to the business, improve upon the status‑quo and deliver innovative marketing solutions.

  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and cultivating relationships an asset.
  • Operational experience in driving campaigns across multiple channels and an understanding of marketing, reporting and analysis tools.
  • Reporting skills and numeracy an asset.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
