We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing activities across both Corvian technologies, and Farmers Edge. Working closely with internal specialists and broader cross-functional teams, you\'ll ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated, on time, and on brand.

What You\'ll Do:
  • Collateral & asset coordination: Support production, distribution, and inventory of digital/print marketing materials across brands and teams
  • Event & tradeshow logistics: Coordinate registrations, sponsorship deliverables, booth materials, shipping, onsite needs, and pre/during/post-event activities
  • Social media & content scheduling: Support scheduling and publishing on key channels, maintain content calendars, and gather content from internal stakeholders
  • Marketing operations & data support: Help maintain accurate data across CRM/marketing tools and assist with reporting on campaign, event, and channel performance
  • Cross-functional coordination & administration: Route materials for review/approval, consolidate feedback, track timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and deadlines
What We're Looking For:
  • Min 3 years in marketing coordination, events, or a similar role, combined with post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Experience supporting events and tradeshows, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, with an emphasis on LinkedIn and common scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and location
