We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive growth across digital, social, events, and merchandising. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, data, and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Plan and schedule regular email campaigns (newsletters, promos, product launches).
- Manage automated flows and triggers.
- A/B test content and report on performance to improve engagement and conversions.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across platforms in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and provide performance reporting.
- Engage with audiences and monitor KPIs.
Asset Creation & Management
- Source or create basic visuals using Canva (or similar).
- Maintain content libraries and digital assets.
- Coordinate production with designers, photographers, and videographers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Compile marketing performance reports (Google Analytics, Meta, email campaigns, etc.).
- Deliver monthly snapshots and recommend tactical changes based on trends.
Event Coordination
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, dyno days, and community events.
- Manage logistics including signage, merchandise, and on-site setup.
- Document and promote events across digital channels.
Merch & Apparel
- Oversee Dirty Diesel merch and apparel production.
- Coordinate reorders, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Track inventory and performance of apparel drops.
Video Team Collaboration
- Assist with planning and logistics for video shoots.
- Coordinate trucks, locations, and schedules.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing calendar.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce (automotive experience an asset).
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Comfortable with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical mindset - you rely on data to make decisions.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and accountable.
- Bonus: You love trucks, performance, or the automotive space - or you're eager to learn.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of marketing or related experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital-first businesses.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with email marketing tools and campaign reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of influencer and community marketing.
