About the Role
As the Marketing Coordinator at CAREERS, you’ll be the engine that drives our brand forward. This isn’t a role where you sit on the sidelines—you’ll be hands-on, building campaigns from concept to completion, and seeing your work directly impact how students, educators, and employers engage with us.
Your days will be a mix of creativity and strategy. One morning you might be storyboarding TikTok content or filming a YouTube Short, the next you’re writing a blog post, scheduling our monthly newsletter, or preparing event materials. You’ll take the lead on managing our social platforms, keeping our feeds fresh, engaging, and aligned with what’s trending. Comfortable on camera? Perfect—you’ll sometimes be the face of our brand, capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments and telling stories that inspire.
Behind the scenes, you’ll also keep our marketing engine running smoothly. From building Asana tickets to managing requests from across the organization, you’ll make sure projects stay on track. You’ll monitor performance across social, email, blogs, and web—tracking KPIs and turning insights into smarter campaigns. With tools like Salesforce, WordPress, Loomly, and Hootsuite at your fingertips, you’ll balance creative storytelling with data-driven strategy.
