Responsibilities
- Research and write relevant and engaging articles
- Manage social media channels, including content planning, creation, and publishing
- Partner with internal teams and third-party contributors to curate engaging content
- Analyze engagement data and adjust strategy based on insights
- Provide marketing support for association partnerships and conferences
- Coordinate materials such as e-blasts, newsletters, and event content
- Maintain and update brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral
- Plan and execute marketing drip campaigns with follow-up reporting
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and / or communications role
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Solid writing and editing skills with a creative touch
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Graphic design experience is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Collaborative, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
