• Cashout duties including maintaining and operating a POS Terminal
• Work together with fellow employees and management to ensure that all guests have the best experience possible.
• Stocking the Market and Grab and Go area according to par levels and standards.
• Total bill accurately and accept payment following established guidelines.
• Build guest loyalty through excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean organized work environment.
• Support other areas of the Market as requested such as answering telephones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
• Respond appropriately to guest concerns.
• Must be able to work overtime in the event of flight delays
• Must be able to work alone, be a self-starter, and multi-task
