Overview

As an Evening Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll report to the Manufacturing Manager and take full responsibility for production operations. Your daily mission? Actively supervise the shop floor, organize team tasks efficiently, and ensure everything runs smoothly while meeting our standards for quality, safety, and performance. You’ll play a key role in motivating your team, hitting production goals, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.

An Overview Of Your New Position
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manufacturing best practices, and company policies.
  • Lead by example and be a hands-on, people-first leader for your team.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and manage priorities to meet the production schedule.
  • Maintain high quality standards and contribute to reaching production targets.
  • Support, train, and develop team members so everyone can contribute to our success.
  • Work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and reduce product waste.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and respect.
You are the ideal candidate if you have
  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience in team supervision and strong, motivating leadership.
  • The ability to communicate well, coach, and help your team grow.
  • Proficiency with computer tools (Windows; AS/400 is an asset).
  • A rigorous, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Comfort in both French and English, spoken and written — many of our client procedures and some communications with support staff are in English.
  • A solid understanding of manufacturing equipment such as pumps, mixers, homogenizers, etc.
