Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role with a proven track record of manufacturing projects.
  • Technical background, preferably with a degree in engineering or related field.
  • Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on work.

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for projects.
  • Lead industrial and R&D projects from design to installation.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement new systems and products.
