Job summary

A leading aluminum installation firm in Simcoe County is seeking a skilled manager to oversee installation and operations of Reynaers Aluminum products. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, strong management skills, and must be able to communicate effectively in English. Responsibilities include planning communication strategies, monitoring installation activities, and managing a team. The position requires traveling to various locations in Ontario.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in installation and manufacturing.
• Must have security clearance and valid driver's license.
• Able to supervise up to 10 people.

Job Description

Skill Requirements: Must have experience with Reynaers Aluminum products, including CAD software. Must have installation knowledge and Senior Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement communications strategies
• Plan, direct and monitor activities of installation
• Establish distribution networks for products and services
• Prepare reports
• Evaluate markets
• Develop promotional materials
• Deliver presentations on products / services
• Conduct site visits
• Participate in trade shows
• Negotiate large contracts

• Experience: 5 years or more
• Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
