This role requires a proven track record in managing complex platform conversions, integrations, and business transformations across wealth management and asset servicing domains. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic vision, hands‑on delivery leadership, and exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives across business and technology.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage major Wealth Management transformation programs, with particular focus on platform conversions, data migrations, and operating model transitions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and executive leaders, guiding clients through critical strategic and operational change
  • Define and deliver multi‑year consulting engagements – from Diagnostic and roadmap phases through to implementation and post‑conversion stabilization
  • Build, lead, and inspire high‑performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client excellence
  • Manage senior client relationships and navigate complex governance structures to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to the growth of the Wealth & Asset Management practice by developing new business opportunities, expanding client accounts, and driving thought leadership in the market
  • Represent the firm as an industry expert at conferences, panels, and client forums
  • Partner with technology vendors, custodians, and service providers to stay ahead of industry trends and solutions
What We’re Looking For
  • 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management, with extensive background in consulting, delivery leadership, or transformation management
  • Proven experience leading conversion or migrations (e.g. platform modernization, custodial transitions, client book conversions, or data integrations)
  • Strong domain knowledge spanning front, middle, and back office – including distribution, portfolio management, operations, and client reporting
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, data governance, and change management in financial services
  • Demonstrated success in building executive relationships and influencing across large, matrixed organizations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Canadian or North American wealth markets strongly preferred
