Reporting to the Chief Housing Officer, we are hiring for two manager positions: Manager, Housing - Performance and Manager, Housing - Implementation. The Manager, Housing - Performance focuses on governance and reporting for Home is Here, strategic and business planning, financial accountability, and establishing a new data section. The Manager, Housing - Implementation will lead program delivery, manage contracts and agreements with housing providers, ensure project milestones are met, oversee fund deployment, and champion the Indigenous affordable housing program through engagement, advocacy, and development. Both roles require collaborative leaders with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver safe, inclusive, and affordable housing for Calgarians. Primary duties include:
