A leading recruitment firm in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Supplier Risk Management to lead supplier lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years’ experience in a Canadian Financial Institution, and a strong grasp of capital markets. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. The position is onsite and offers an opportunity to impact supplier management within capital markets.
The Manager, Supplier Risk Management, will be responsible for supporting Capital Markets' supplier management activities, with a focus on low criticality engagements. This role will serve as a key contributor to the supplier lifecycle process by ensuring supplier performance through ongoing monitoring activities and coordinating Service Organization Control (SOC) reviews to validate supplier controls and maintain compliance standards. The Manager will provide expertise in third‑party risk assessments, due diligence, and compliance while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive process efficiencies across the portfolio.
