A career as a Manager in Wealth Management at the Vo-Dignard Provost (VP) Group at National Bank Financial - Wealth Management means implementing the necessary actions to deliver the service offer by increasing the efficiency and performance of your team while maintaining a climate of mutual aid and good understanding.

It is also about mobilizing and maximizing the contribution of your employees while ensuring their development and skill enhancement.

It will be through your leadership, your ability to initiate and manage change among employees and partners, and your management experience that you will stand out.

 

Your role :

  •   Act as the first point of contact in understanding major HR policies
  • Handle various equipment and service requests for the team staff
  • Integrate and participate in the training and coaching of new support staff
  •   Actively participate in recruiting new resources within the team
  •   Get involved in understanding and participating in the year-end performance evaluation process
  • Ensure the follow-up of schedules and vacations of team members
  • Assign and supervise operational and administrative tasks within the team
  • Optimize work processes
  • Supervise project progress within the team
  • Supervise and follow up via KPIs to maximize the performance and quality of work of associate advisors, financial planners, and the analyst team
  • Develop and maintain an effective administrative structure
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment
