This is a hybrid position.

Your Role

The Manager Sales Analytics will be accountable for managing all aspects of incentive compensation, salesforce sizing, targeting and segmentation of physicians. Additionally, the Manager, Sales Analytics is responsible for developing and delivering training for users, providing expert level content guidance on business planning and data comprehension. The Manager sales analytics will also provide strategic guidance to sales and executive team on sales and marketing tactics based on their analysis.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop customer segmentation models and generate inputs for sales targeting strategies.
  • Work with Sales Force Management to define where the sales force should focus their efforts.
  • Oversee and facilitate the development of sales force territory alignments; provide information and recommendations to facilitate alignment finalization.
  • Develop and implement territory level incentive plans for the LEO Pharma sales force, together with Sales Force Management.
  • Formulate and present recommendations based on brand/promotional objectives regarding measures to achieve objectives (e.g., sales and patient targets, samples, calls, focus on specific specialty groups).
  • Design, validate and analyze reports utilizing internal and third-party data (TSA, GPM, CRM, PSP, etc.) to provide insights to the field force.
  • Conduct proactive analysis (internal promotional and PSP data, competitive share of voice, Xponent doctor-level data) to identify key drivers of sales performance and opportunities or challenges.
  • Develop and present training to internal user groups to ensure decision-makers have the information they need and know where to find it.
  • Understand the sales force business needs and the data sets, technologies, and techniques available for measuring and tracking sales force effectiveness to provide high-quality support.
Your Qualifications
  • BA / BS required;
  • Five years working in a similar role;
  • Understanding of IQVIA data: GPM, Xponent;
  • Understanding of CRM systems: SalesForce, Veea align;
  • A good understanding of data used in commercial functions;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Exposure / familiarity with Project Management;
  • Proven training and presentation skills and ability to update training documentation required;
  • Excellent communication oral and written skills;
  • Experience with and ability to liaise between different business stakeholders;
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities, follow through for resolution;
  • Ability to work in cross-functional groups necessary;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritize work streams based on evolving business needs and meet tight timelines;
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
  • Occasional travel and overnight stays will be required.;
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
