Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing your leadership team, while also driving results through the implementation of sales initiatives. You will be expected to analyze and report on business performance metrics, including the Profit & Loss statement, directly to the General Manager. This is a hands‑on management position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance both people and performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in inventory management and scheduling
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service industry standards
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
  • Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certifications (preferred)
