Job Details

The Sylvia Hotel in English Bay needs an energetic, multi‑tasking wizard to manage our busy Lounge, Dining Room, Bar and Patio. You will assist the leadership team in all areas of restaurant operations, be a trainer inspiring staff to provide excellent guest and staff experiences, and handle financial management and administrative tasks at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with guests and team members
