The Strategy and Innovation team within Customer Solutions Delivery, is a dynamic and high performing team that is a key enabler of CSD's go-to-market strategy and strategic program execution. We bring cross-functional teams together to implement and support programs across our Field organization and make strategic decisions on how to execute across our National CSD team. As one of TELUS' leading sales channels, we are experiencing tremendous growth, and we want you to be a part of it!
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and support strategic priorities. This includes leading senior leadership forums, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring delivery of strategic priorities through effective collaboration and interlock. You will also lead a team of highly motivated program managers who drive transformational initiatives across the organization. If you thrive in ambiguity and have a passion for transformation, you'll provide leadership with the expertise, critical thinking, and insights needed to support your recommendations.
