Job Description
- Provide administration for FIAT's project management tools (Planview/MIS) for FIAT's development and maintenance portfolio of $130MM+, including the creation/upkeep/closure of projects, population of key data attributes, and ensuring proper cost recovery of all IT personnel
- Support project managers and delivery leads in administering project management tools and managing all aspects of financials (monitoring of actuals vs plan, forecasting, processing of invoices)
- Reconcile contractor cost recoveries in Planview/MIS to professional fee accrual during month-end at the contract and resource level
- Support executive and portfolio level financial/KPI reporting/NIE reporting
- Automate existing reporting and enhance data visualization/analytics through various productivity tools (Tableau, VBA, etc); develop new automated solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
- Maintain a healthy, accurate financial control environment within the FIAT Business Management Office, reinforcing our role as the source of financial truth (App Dev, Maintenance, 3rd Party, NIE, etc)
- Monitoring and communicating key performance metrics and operational challenges
- Implement change management as required for new implementations and enhancements for project management tools
