Hotel Overview

Daily Tasks
Marketing
  • Assist in developing marketing and communications strategies and initiatives.
  • Play a significant role in developing the hotel marketing budget and maintaining budget control.
  • Manage coordination of marketing and communications campaigns/activities to leverage reach/results.
  • Determine overall marketing campaign ROI and monitor response rates to improve and take corrective measures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Revenue, Food & Beverage, Sales, Catering, and Finance.
  • Coordinate advertising activities with third-party agencies.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and benchmarking.
  • Prepare monthly marketing communications reports.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage website content creation and updates.
  • Ensure content and images on third-party websites are maintained.
  • Plan and implement the company's SEO strategy.
  • Coordinate with culinary team for content and imagery for online menus.
  • Create visuals for digital screens in collaboration with the graphic designer.
  • Manage content on Tripadvisor, Google My Business, and Trivago.
  • Review campaign reports with the Corporate Digital Marketing team.
Social Media Marketing
  • Develop editorial calendars, imagery/videos, and postings for social media.
  • Create videos in collaboration with the graphic designer.
  • Develop creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Increase followers and engagement.
  • Analyze engagement performance and manage budgets for social media activities.
  • Respond to inquiries and feedback on social media and OTA sites.
Media and Influencer Engagement
  • Maintain press kits and handle media distribution and inquiries.
  • Coordinate media visits, site tours, and influencer events.
  • Oversee filming and photoshoots with the graphic designer.
  • Manage media and influencer activity reports.
Collateral
  • Review department job orders and develop content for marketing collateral.
  • Create marketing materials ensuring adherence to branding and guidelines.
